ABOUT
When I started researching how to train for the marathon with the goal of breaking 3 hours, I came across a lot of posts from people who talked about negotiating time away from their families to train. At the time, I had all the time in the world to train, and didn’t give too much thought to what I would do in that situation.

Recently I have been the one trying to navigate family and training, firstly with the birth of my daughter in 2019 and then the birth of my son in 2021.
​
Along the way I have written about my experiences running while pregnant and after giving birth and the things I have learnt along the way.
